We provide a variety of options to suit your event. With a choice of 15 coloured cabochon caps, with the most popular being Pink or Blue.

 As well as a choice of two LED colour bulbs, being Pure White (8000k) 1w or Warm White (3000k) 1.2w.

Planning an event is only part of the process. We will will make sure that everything goes smoothly with your event. We know how to anticipate problems before they happen, leaving you free to enjoy your celebrations.

We arrive at the venue prepared with a range of extension leads and will leave you with some spare bulbs just in case one fails There is also an option for dimmable bulbs, as sometimes the lighting can be very bright in photos..

We recommend that each number or letter has a minimum 3ft of space to stand in, so they don’t look too squashed together. We also recommend that they are placed against a wall rather than in the middle of the room due to the trip hazard of the power cables, they require a flat dry surface for the numbers or letters to be safely standing. We advise that you do warn your guests not to lean on them. 

The hire period is 24hrs – but we can be flexible depending on your requirements and your venue. We normally deliver on the morning of your event and collect at the end of the night when your event has finished, or the following morning.  

• Extended periods of hire options are available, if required. 

Our lights are professionally built to a commercial standard and require mains electricity, we also regularly inspect them and they are PAT tested.

 We cannot recommend the use of our lights outdoors as this represents a safety hazard which would invalidate insurance.

 Our Numbers and Letters are made of wood, we do not allow them to be used outside unless pre-arranged with us, only if certain conditions are met. We can separately arrange for outdoor Light up Numbers and Light up Letters, via special agreement in writing only.

We hold public liability insurance; Which is peace of mind for the very unlikely event that a fault with one of our lights happens. Once installed by us, they are not to be moved around the venue, inside or out.

 For insurance purposes, we do not allow permission for our number or letter lights to be sat on.  We accept that this could happen and would advise you have some cover in your own insurance

COLLECT & RETURN Option

With the 'Collect & Return' option, collection is on a Friday morning and return is on the following Monday morning.  We can be flexible with this option if needed.
